We deliver to the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states and Washington, D.C.). We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or international addresses.
Cash on Delivery is currently the only available payment method. You pay the exact order total in cash to the delivery team. Online card and wallet payments are not yet available.
Most in-stock items ship within 2–4 business days and arrive 5–10 business days after shipping. We'll contact you to confirm your delivery window.
Some pieces arrive fully assembled; others need simple assembly with included tools. Each product page lists assembly details. White-glove delivery includes assembly.

Furnella furniture includes a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.
