These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of furnella.site and to orders placed with Furnella Home Co. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and pricing

All prices are in U.S. dollars. We work to show accurate descriptions, dimensions and images, but colors may look different depending on your screen and lighting, and natural materials such as wood vary from piece to piece. If a product or price is listed in error, we may cancel the affected order and will tell you before delivery.

Applicable state and local sales tax is not included in website prices. We confirm any tax due with you before delivery.

Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm orders by phone or email within one business day. Cash on Delivery is currently the only accepted payment method: the full order total is due in cash at delivery. We may cancel orders we cannot confirm or deliver.

Shipping and delivery

• We deliver to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states and Washington, D.C.).
• Standard curbside delivery is free on orders of $499 or more and $49 below that.
• White-glove delivery, including in-room placement and assembly, is $129 per order.
• Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We'll keep you updated about any delays.
• Please inspect items at delivery and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt, then contact us within 48 hours.

Returns

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and, where possible, in original packaging. To start a return, contact info@furnella.site with your order number.

• Refunds cover the item price. Original delivery fees, including white-glove fees, are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
• A return pickup fee of $49 per order applies unless the return is due to damage, a defect or our error.
• Because orders are paid in cash, approved refunds are issued by check or another method we agree with you, within 10 business days after we receive the item.
• Items damaged through misuse, or that are not in original condition, may be refused or partially refunded.

Limited warranty

Furnella furniture includes a 1-year limited warranty from the delivery date against defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use. The warranty does not cover normal wear, fading, damage from misuse, accidents, pets, improper cleaning, or commercial use. If a covered defect occurs, we will repair, replace or refund the item at our discretion.

Website use

Website content, including text, design and logos, belongs to Furnella or its licensors. Product and lifestyle photography may be licensed from third parties. You may not copy or reuse site content for commercial purposes without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Furnella is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
